24 Hours

24 Hours
This is not the old time popularly known Jark Bauer film, probably 89% of us are familiar with, but did I hear somebody say a day is Not Enough, for success?!
How many of us have thought of this, when you've got a task at hand, there is a turning on of an inner clock within you ticking biologically by the impulse of the mind. This internal stimulus puts your mind on the pause or set it at a higher pace in view of the assignment at hand. After an initial checking of the conventional time, the mind (being a non-electronic device) puts the body time at a slower pace than expected (this may be termed complacency, due to different factors) or fast forward it (due to anxiety or the importance of the work at hand). This inconsistent count rate of the biological time of the mind buying time in advance, postponing or delaying, defines the word procrastination when it comes to the management of time. Time is a constant factor through out the whole universe, for the living or the dead. The unintentional or intentional compromise of time defines your leading or your lagging behind in the affairs (the journey) of life. We've all got 24 hours a day but our management differentiates us all in our successes; this is the difference between the rich and the poor. This factor determines the importance of every assignment, your urgency, your focus, your decisions, your final destination, achievements and success. Are you a PROCRASTINATOR?
Watch out for these thoughts, and avoid these words in your daily conversations and engagements;
•I will do it later- POSTPONEMENT
•I need some time- INDECISION or INACTIVITY
•I need some rest- COMPLACENCY.
•It is not yet important- UNBALANCE PRIORITIES.
•I can fix it later- UNREALISTIC, FAKE SELF BELIEF
•What will people say or what will happen?- EXCUSE.
•I can't do it- UNBELIEF
All these comes from a lot of factors which results in indeliberate eventual idleness or passiveness.
There is nothing as good as achieving success now rather than later. You can make success faster by your decisions, in what you choose to do today or tomorrow. The fulfilment of your Assignment now in your today will determine your Attainment at the End (in your tomorrow). A Start in your Today or Tomorrow is only made different by the value you place on Time. Time is powerful, if you appreciate time, you'll appreciate success, if you appreciate success, you'll appreciate time. The value you place on time is a determinant of your success now or in the future. Never abuse time, time is volatile, time is money. Time is the definition of the success of the Great. The way you spend it determines the value of your future and how you'll spend your future. You may not be in the Force (military- Air Force, Army or Navy), but sometimes a "One-Man-Mopol" (mobile police) sense of approach or action is an independent mental positioning that can get you achieve your goals or dreams faster than ever expected. You cannot remain attached to the conformity of the valley (average life) to reach success, normalcy is a disease or a state of death (destruction, extinction or expiration) to any man with a hero mind packaged for greatness. You're an highlander, set for the highlands, not the Island. Your place is the top, the strength of your mental capacity for greatness separates you from the masses to pursue your purpose and speedily connect you with the Top Rangers (Gurus) in your field. A reason why many populates the lower cader on the ladder to success is the constant possession of a cooperate mindset assuming conformity to the status quo of life. The fuel to success (to succeed in life) or for greatness is passion birth by purpose. Successful men are purpose driven. A man with a strong vision, powered by persistent hard and smart work, will constantly have his goals or dreams actualized.
In life, some people may make it big eventually, on time, while some later, smaller or with a better result. All has to do with:

This five success bullets plays a great role in the actualization and fulfilment of your dreams. Cheap but Expensive!
Living cheap or simple does not predictably imply suffering, poverty or lack, neither does hard spending mean success, greatness, wealth or richness. It is a matter of what matters to you, not a matter of human factor. You can be poor and still chase the ephemerals, or be extravagant. You can be rich and still maintain prudence in your spending. Spending is a decision of choice between variable priorities or options. Your value is built in what you value. Blindness may cut cost if self discipline will not, but must we be blind to be prudent, I guess blindness will not do. Financial indiscipline springs from the heart through the cravings of the eyes, desires and wants. Creating fake impressions with what you don't need to impress those you don't love or who do not love you is financial slavery. No one owns a right to your worth, only when you know your worth. Your worth is not a definition of your clothes, shoes, bags, cars or gadgets rather your investment. Blackman mentality is tied to extravagance born through unnecessary envy; of friends, connections, social class or status and so on. Your wants does not equate your needs. A rich man's account is not a subject to his wants or needs. A man without a saving is a man without a living. To set a futuristic financial goal per time, do the following daily:
•Earn daily (per secs, mins & hour)
•Save daily
•Invest daily
Simple but sometimes hard.
Work these 3 basic wealth saving principles daily and consistently, repeat the process and escape every liquidation, bankruptcy or poverty factored by ignorance.

Bezalel a man gifted with brains for great designs with dexterity, Gamaliel Paul's mentor, or Paul with approximately 10 certificates, David's men; warriors, captains, musicians... the list is endless from time immemorial to the contemporary world of the present.

Must I Be Perfect?!

Instant Perfection the enemy of Ultimate Perfection!
The enemy of perfection is not imperfection but perfection itself. Perfection is a process, with time and in time. We daily engage in various life challenging operations, situations, tasks and activities, but we must never forget we're still a model under construction 🚧 and the proof of our excellence is defined in the days of our imperfections. The fear of imperfection  is an enemy to a life of perfection. Stop trying to be perfect when you have not started at all. Never try to jump when you're yet to walk, the crawling process will bring the walk. You cannot be perfect when you have never tried. You and I are a work in progress. Never Quit Your Days of Defining. They are your days of grinding, practices, rehearsals and solidification. Graduate and be Elevated, not Devaluated. Your Incubation and Formation may be uninteresting for the moment but they are basically the essentials for the defining and emergence of your greatness in the ultimate.

Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship

William Henry "Bill" Gates lll, is a name I believe more than 70% of the world is familiar with in the world of technology today. In 1975, Gates and Paul Allen co-founded Microsoft which became the world's largest PC software company. In his early life, at age 13, Gates took interest in programming the GE system (General Electric Computer) in Basic, and was excused from math classes to pursue his interest. He wrote many computer programs from the implementation of tic-tac-toe that allowed users to play games against the computer and many others to the designing and release of the MITS Altair 8800 based on the Intel 8080 CPU.

After years of phenomenal exploration of the computer software, Gates and Allen saw the opportunity of starting their own computer software company. This innovation lead to a timely decision of the duo, which made Gates dropped out of Harvard by officially announcing his status with Harvard as being on [a] leave [of absence].

On the 26th of November 1976, after good years of effective relationship and co-work between Bill Gates and Paul Allen, the hyphen was dropped, as the duo finally named their partnership "Micro-Soft" and the trade name registered with the office of the secretary of the State of New Mexico. They had their first office located in Albuquerque.

Reading the story of these two great men, I came to the understanding of the severity in the path to greatness. In history and the biographies of top 100 richest and wealthiest men in the world, I could extract some basic fact and principles that defines ways men constantly walked their path to greatness. There is a common disease, subtle but terminal that arrests and brings to ruin the passions of ambitious or aspiring men or personalities in our generation. It's a common phenomena that men actively or passively desire a grand breaking achievement or attainment in life for greatness in life, but our attitude to getting to the altitude and remaining is a major factor in reaching our desired goal. Success, excellence or greatness is not just a mere walk or work of passion, it is rather a sum of years of accountability in discipline, tenacity and excellence among many other factors. Excellence does not emerge in a day, but a product of years of relentless mastering.

However, as it may be, other than passion, hardships are one of the number one challenges that pushes men to the achievement of their dreams faster than expected. Many, inventions and innovations from time past were solutions registered in the middle of deep challenges of life. Furthermore, as much as men desire success, and staying a ....

A Learner is a Lender.

It's a Learner today that becomes a Lender tomorrow; a Giver of knowledge. All is about value, knowledge is value, that's all that makes the difference in life. We're not small in our various fields depending on our put in, "our put in defines our take out". Readers are Leaders. Never look down on the potentiality or the creativity power in you, never despise or undermine the significance ratings of today in other to sell and jeopardize the future within you, small beginnings precedes great endings. Regret is an offspring of giving up, Giving Up is an enemy to Living Up to excellence. You're 💯 Great in the power of your mind. You can constantly initiate your greatness and irresistible presence, just like the reality of breathe unseen but critically important. It's all a process of time in time; daily living greatness by custom, by culture. The energy content within you is without limit, your exploration curiosity per time defines it limit per time. You don't exit the past and resume on new platforms of exploits as a function of old knowledge base for operation you carry. To unlock the next level of phenomenal monumental performances, there is an urgent need for dissatisfaction of the present and a relief of the constipation of the outdated and corrupted knowledge. Read and activate your knowledge by teaching or sharing knowledge. Impact a percent of your knowledge base to men, shed weight  and you'll become better. Never beg to live life by cowardice, mediocrity or naiveness but rather learn (value) to lead (and add value to) life by passion and a high sense of taste for excellence.

The Holy Spirit is the spirit of God- 1Cor2:10 and the Holy Spirit is for ALL- Joel 2:28&29, Jer32:27. He is for everyone and anyone, not for some, He can use anything (the pillar of cloud) or even animals- Num22:28, 1Kings17:6. However, importantly, we must remember that He is HOLY- 1Pet1:16, so there is no correlation, comparison or connection between Him and UNHOLINESS- 2Tim2:20-21. There is no impurity in Him at all- Rev4:8. HE Lives in 💯 complete HOLINESS. So if you must be a God carrier, you want to carry the terrifying presence of God and enjoy accelerated promotion, living in joy always, then maintain 💯 absolute Holiness- Judg15:14-16, Ps45:7, Heb1:8.

Jesus was very rich in His time while He was here on earth, He had great financial creativity powers, He had great financial/economic management skills. He had a divine or spiritual ATM card and a mobile money dispenser, but yet he was still very "Mindful of the Remnants!" How well do you or are you managing your life, the resources, offices, positions and power committed to you, your talents, your giftings, God's possessions in your account and your assignment among others? Can you account for the less significant things? Can you account in surplus or scarcity? Your life and destiny carved in the foundation of salvation is your channel for productivity, creativity and fulfilment of purpose in life. When you outsource from other sources, you're sorted out for disgrace and ridicule. When money suddenly becomes your number one greatest drive, asset or motivation without any further consideration, you're most Bankrupt, and have just began a walk into bankruptcy, on a negative downward slope. In life, business or career, Money is a hyper myopic motivator, always subliminal and characteristically volatile, economically and financially. Purpose and vision, short or long term, are the number one drivers to the sustainability of any financial income flow anytime, any day. When the interest of your gains are placed far above the satisfaction and needs of your customers, you have just began a plunge into a system of potentially irrecoverable diminishing returns. Customers are the priority, a reason for the existence of your business. A business establishment without the customers need in mind is fast fading out of physical presence in the market place. Your desire to meet your customers want are the pivot upon which the existence of your business rest and is built. Remember you cannot be all by yourself, you've got a product to sell, you therefore need buyers in return to purchase your products. The solution your products offer, is the happiness your customers derives in the long run. Your productivity is bound to the maximalism, efficiency, potency, efficacy, effectiveness and competency of your business or services. When you profer positive, effective solutions, and meet people's needs timely, your choices transformatively begins to unfold a positive lead magnetism attraction to people in the direction of your business interests and concentration. This can in turn, turn your values into sales. Money alone does not birth more sustainable developmental growth ideas, your vision, dreams and purpose focused at a particular end does. Understand this, you cannot outsmart your clients twice, a patronizer of your products is capable of influencing 10 other customers in your business line, market circle, and widely produce an effect on your network positively or negatively. No-one established his or her business venture only to be demolished financially at the end. The purpose and vision of your business drives the sustainability of your business and financial growth. People will always go after the original, because they have been familiar with the counterfeit. People pay you for the value you offer or can deliver per time. People's dependence on you is tied to your offers; what you have to offer in service and quality and the answers you create. When you are the answer your customers seeks, you can be rest assured that the proliferation of your business is fast ensuing like a cancer even amidst your immediate and extended network, or otherwise they click the "NEXT" button. The power of your business is hidden in the strength of the network of your business. Your Network creates your Networth. Not until you begin to take the chances of your services, will you ever successfully transfer and convert the needs of your customers into your own business financial growth. When you are the rocket they need, their pockets suddenly becomes your commanding space. Never place the desire of money above the persuasion of your customers, never let your inordinate affection of financial gains supersede the result you're expected and demanded of, people esteems value, people respect you and pay you for the value you create. Solve their needs first per time and you suddenly become the most needful, their demigod and they suddenly discover they are tied to you, and always come back to you, because you have become their solution, all time and all capable man or woman they have always dreamt of. Remember your image determines your homage based on the value you deliver or add per time. People treat you based on the value your business has to offer. When your business begins to make meaning to the people, it eventually make money for you in return. Stop making money but make meaning. Making money is different from making meaning, when you make meaning, making meaning will eventually make money for you. Convert and transform men into your means of returns by the reason of the values you create and offer to them. You cannot add value if you lack value, you don't share what you lack. Your value even in the absence of many other criteria will demand it attraction to value thirsty men. Many organizations are found locked down in highly competitive pressured environments and are hungry for value loaded brains in the market place, your content in it right context is the lead magnet in meeting their immediate needs and winning their marketing competitions and contest at a high pace. Nevertheless, value is rewarding, though might appear to be killing, but pays off at the long run. Your values will speak for you beyond the shores of your business physical presence and beyond the reach of your physical existence. Never trade money for value, when you exchange your intellect and values as solution for people's challenge, value will pay you back in due time. Are you a Commercial Seeker?!

Many people come to God with a commercial mentality. God himself is an ancient business prodigy, an all time tycoon working in the affairs of men, the whole of heaven and earth is His territory of governance on both the wicked and the good. There are transactions God cannot initiate Himself. It only takes reasonable men to identify these truths, take advantage of them and establish them. Your selfishness cannot change God's gracefulness but can only limit His greatness for you. God is looking for those who will give Him what He cannot give Himself. Don't make your personal reservations a challenge to God, God's preservation for you is sure. Don't be a miser and end up an abbreviation of His original intent for you. Don't abbreviate your blessings by your stinginess and end up an aberration of His original template for your destiny. The quality of your excellence in His service determines your royalty. Don't summarize your blessings by greed, calculations and human summations may result in probation and bring damnation instead of salvation. Stop using God. Stop using God, stop looking out for what He can do for you rather what you will do for Him. Abolish that 80:20 principle walk with God and restart a fresh relationship with Him. Activate to work the mantle of dedication and commitment on you, in all ways, be spent and spend for God. Give Him 100% of your creativity, gifts and talents; your dance, your body, your voice, your money, your strength, your passions, your intellect, your time and service. They are too small or big For to take. The certification of your blessings is attached to your service, your service is your worship. Give God what it takes today and you shall surely seat back to eat your cake of prosperity on the table, even before your enemies.

These 3 Golden Rules appearing unsophisticatedly are highly discreet winning missles in launching the success of any dream, vision or goal anyday, anytime. Thinking is a powerful process constantly processed in the mind. Your mind is the faculty of reasoning, the seat of intelligence. What you think you become. You cannot Make A Difference without being the difference the world wants to see even in your mind. Only what you can create in your mental state, you relate to and create in the physical. Your thinking process births your Planning process which are your formidable Strategies in incubation. Without a firm organized thought process and development, you cannot make a deliberate move in the direction of your success in life. Success is a product of series of formatted thoughts. When you mirror your success with men's achievement around you, you end up a wreckage and mark your potentials, capabilities with heavy barricades of limitation. Your association determines your ruminations and your productivity is a function of your constant rumination, and this in turn defines your domination in life. Information does not equal implementation, actions are only made possible by the power of active inner meditations. The aggressiveness of your thoughts produces the progressiveness of your vision, a product of your active passions burning within you. What you think you become, good thinking good product. What you think and can think through you create in your world. Everywhere is your comfort zone if you can create it. When your thinking is goal oriented, driven by passions and vision, it births the reality of a successful plan. A life without a vision will die in di-vision. You cannot progress in life without planning, your vision drives the reality of your plans and actions. Success do not happen to men by accident, it's not a function of coincidence, it's rather a product of deliberate plan and actions mobilized in the right direction, for the right purpose, which thereby results in successful incidences of greatness. Your actions today determines your dictates tomorrow. You play today, you pay tomorrow. Action is a product of confidence, a result of courage backed up with the right knowledge of your pursuit in understanding. The bedrock of every successful establishment is a function of strategized formation of plans incubated in the delivery room of the mind. The power of your mind is unlimited if you allow the gradual cultivation, formation and expression of your ground breaking thoughts. However, many ideal ideas die in detention in the labour room of life when it fails to find expression of it purposed content in it context. Action is a result of two implementation tools known as Goal-Setting and Goal-Getting. What you don't set, you don't get. Your Getting is as a product of your Setting. Strategical putting ideas in place, in the direction of your dream, terminates phobias and results in developmental steps in maximizing the capacity in your business or career. Three things differentiate the mediocrity and naiveness of spectators from intiatators, thoughts processed in time, produced plans, and timely prompted actions. Don't die a commentator with your dreams, make a deliberate trend of impacts of change in your generation by what you think, plan and act. The world's challenge is your place of challenge. The provision of liberating solutions in the world is tied to your deliberate action and aggressiveness towards the fulfilling of your dreams. It's only what you do in your today, that the world gets to remember of you in your tomorrow. History only remember action takers. It is more than mere words. Time is an unrenewable currency with evaporating values if mismanaged. Your immediate success in tied to your short term and long term process thoughts, plans and actions. Don't die a liability to your generation and a mess to your lineage without a message. Your idea is the message the world is waiting for. John Quincy Adams once said, If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.

Leaders Are Not Born, They're Made.  Ben Carson said and I quote; there is no such person as a self-made individual. Some might proudly dispute this fact. Psychologically, behavioral theories has proven the existence of the fact that people can become leaders through the process of teaching, learning and observation.  Leadership traits are not a function of biological inheritance but acquired and developed set of skills that can be learned by training, perception, practice and experience over time. Every man and woman is a potential Leader in the making. Leadership is Development.

The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves, Ray Kroc. The quality of development and quick achievement is based on the quality of the standards you set for yourself. Your greatness and leadership success in life is determined by your standards, principles, policies and personal discipline. You cannot rise above the limit of your expectations, dreams and goals as defined and determined by you. The quality of our self discipline in attaining and breaking our standards is what determines our leadership making in the ultimate. Great achievements are a product of positive developments in time. Leadership is about getting results, results are sometimes and many time a product of the level of standards we set for ourselves. Your assignment today determines your attainment tomorrow. Your attainment is bound to your discipline, discipline conveys the accomplishment of your standards.

John C. Maxwell said and I quote "Leadership is Influence". Leaders are influencers, leadership is based on your level of impact which determines your self value in return, it is about relationships with impact. Influence is impact. Your sphere of influence is determined by your circle of impact. Life is a symbiotic relationship of dependence on people or being dependent on. What you can deliver or offer to your world and mankind per time defines your influence rating in the making. Your Value Added Impact is a function of your influence positively. Leadership is not in position or possession but in positive contribution. It is not in duration but in donations. Your present status is a result of your influence positively or negatively.

A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way, John C. Maxwell. Your influence is a product of the level of your responsibility. A leader is at the top, his strengths and weaknesses loudly speaks and become the topic, likewise he takes the front and dare faces the confrontations. A good leader takes a little more than his share of the blame, a little less than his share of the credit, Arnold H. Glasow. Leadership is about taking responsibility for yourself, your actions, your decisions and others. It is about leading in character, commitment, communication and courage. It is being the blueprint, the right model for people's  positive or negative conduct, effectiveness, character and competency. Your confidence and courage to be bold and go for the gold are loads of responsibility weighed on a leader. J. Oswald Sanders said "The quality of men which enables them to encounter danger and difficulty with firmness and without fear and depression" is Courage. The thoughts of a leader are his confidence, his actions are his competence.

The trademark in leadership for every successful leader is firmly embedded in integrity and attitude. Your attitudes defines you. It determines your altitude. Your attitude is who you're. A leader is inseparable from his attitude, attitude produces character, your character determines your action. A man cannot rise above the limitation of his character.  A person's character is nothing but how he or she behaves. Your character is not an imitation, it is you; yourself. It cannot be hidden, it is a smoke, it is like a pregnancy. Your attitude determines how far you'll go in life as a leader and your goodwill with men. The influence you are made of, you impact, positively or negatively. Attitude is powerful, it can mar you or make you. A leader in the making begins to cultivate the leadership seed in him or her today circumspectly with a keen mind for greatness. Leadership oportunities awaits all, but it is only given to or grabbed by prepared men and women sensitive and ready in time.
